How can I return an item?

Website orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are initiated online only.
To start a return:
• Email us at returns@rubiesbrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your
address. A return shipping fee of 120 EGP will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, email us at
returns@rubiesbrand.com with your order number and the details of what you need. We will guide you through the process.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

• Customised or personalised items.
• Sealed items unsealed after delivery where hygiene applies.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
RUBIES reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or that are
requested outside the 14-day window.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm the return by email. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
The 80 EGP return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the return is
due to a defective or incorrect item, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We're sorry this happened. Contact us immediately at support@rubiesbrand.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. If a defect or error is confirmed, we will cover the full cost of the return and replacement or refund.

Which payment methods do you offer?

You can pay by card: Visa, MasterCard. Also Cash on Delivery, E-wallets and Apple Pay are available.

What notifications will I receive about my order?

You will receive updates by email from RUBIES at each stage of your
order. In addition, our delivery courier will send you 4 separate WhatsApp messages
throughout the shipping process:

  • Courier Message 1 — Order Confirmation & Delivery Options: You will receive your order details, the amount due if you selected Cash on Delivery, and your expected delivery date. 
    You will be asked to confirm receipt, postpone to a different date, or cancel the order. You will also be asked to choose your preferred payment method for Cash on Delivery: Cash, InstaPay, E-wallet, Installments via Valu, or Installments via Sympl.
  • Courier Message 2 — Delivery Location Request: Before your order goes out for delivery,
    the courier will ask you to share your precise delivery location to ensure a smooth and accurate drop-off.
  • Courier Message 3 — Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.
  • Courier Message 4 — Out for Delivery: You will be notified that your order is on its way, with the expected delivery hour and the name and phone number of your delivery person.
Can I track my order?

Yes. You can . You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp from our courier once your order is dispatched, so you can follow it in real time.
