When using this website or placing an order on it, you are bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies. If you do not agree with the Conditions and with the Data Protection Policies, do not use this website.


These Conditions may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the Conditions in effect at the time of using the website or concluding the relevant Contract shall apply.

4. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  1. Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  2. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  3. Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details
    truthfully and accurately. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.
    If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you will be unable to place your order.

When you place an order on this website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are legally eligible to enter into binding contracts.

5. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Delivery service for the articles offered on this website is available in Egypt only.

6. FORMALISING THE CONTRACT

To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing procedure and click on "Authorize Payment". After doing so, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). You will be informed via email that the order is being dispatched (the "Shipping Confirmation"). These Conditions and the Contract constitute a written agreement between us.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

If you detect that an error occurred when entering your personal data during registration, you may modify them in the "My Account" section of the website.
You may also correct errors related to personal data provided during the purchase process by contacting our customer service via email at omarwahba@rubiesbrand.com or through the chat accessible on the website. This website displays confirmation boxes at various stages of the purchase process that do not allow the order to continue if information has not been correctly provided.


If you detect an error in your order after completion of the payment process, please contact our customer service immediately via the email address above to correct the error.

8. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All product orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or no items remain in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will refund any amount you have already paid.

9. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content. Although we will always endeavour to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content, or for not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

10. DELIVERY

Notwithstanding Clause 8 above regarding product availability, and except for extraordinary circumstances, we will endeavour to dispatch the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation prior to the date indicated therein or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method, and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Nonetheless, delays may occur for reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to either continue with the purchase with a new agreed delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. Please note that we do not make home deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place, or the order "delivered", as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, evidenced by signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address you provided.

11. TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS

The products shall be under your responsibility from the moment of delivery to you as outlined in Clause 10 above.

You will take ownership of the products when we have received full payment of all amounts due, including delivery charges, or at the moment of delivery (as defined in Clause 10 above), whichever is later.

12. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products will be as stipulated on our website at the time of purchase, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
We are not obliged to provide any product at an incorrectly lower price (even when we have sent a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as incorrect.

The prices displayed on the website include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which are
added to the total price as indicated in our Shopping Guide.
Prices may change at any time. However, except as stipulated above, changes shall not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

Payment methods accepted: Visa and MasterCard. You may also pay in cash to the courier upon delivery of your order.

By clicking "Authorize Payment", you confirm that the credit card belongs to you. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorisation by the card-issuing entity. If the entity does not authorise the payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver and we will be unable to conclude any Contract with you.

14. BUYING GOODS AS A GUEST

The functionality of buying goods as a guest is also available on the website. Under this type of purchase, only data essential to process your order will be requested. Upon completion of the purchase process, you will be offered the option of registering as a user or continuing as a non-registered user.

15. EXPRESS CHECKOUT

The Express Checkout feature makes it easier for you to make purchases on this website by saving your shipping, billing and payment information so you do not have to re-enter it for each purchase.
To use Express Checkout, you must save your card information by clicking "Save my card
details" during any payment. The following card details will be saved: card number, cardholder name as it appears on the card, and card expiry date.

By activating Express Checkout, you authorise purchases made through the tool to be charged to the linked card. Card usage shall be governed by the written terms between you and the card issuer.

To complete an Express Checkout purchase, click the "Express Checkout" button in the
Shopping Bag. A summary of your shipping, billing and payment details will appear. If any information is incorrect, do not complete the purchase — use the standard checkout instead. This clause does not apply to guest purchases.

16. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

16.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period runs from the day the last item is received.


To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through one of the following channels only:

  • Via the returns/withdrawal section on our website at www.rubiesbrand.com
  • By contacting our customer service team by email at omarwahba@rubiesbrand.com To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this Contract, we will return to you all payments received, not including delivery charges, without undue delay. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

16.2 Contractual Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a period of 14 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation to return products (except those mentioned in Clause 16.3 below, for which the right to cancel is excluded).

All return requests must be submitted exclusively through our website or via our customer service. We do not accept third-party courier arrangements initiated independently by the customer.

16.3 Common Provisions

You shall not have the right to withdraw from the Contract when it is for the delivery of any of the following products:

  1. Customised or personalised items.
  2. Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, where unsealed after
    delivery. Your right to cancel applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No reimbursement will be made if the product has been used, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged. Please take care of the product(s) while in your possession.
  3. Please return the products in their original packaging and include all instructions, tags and accompanying documents.
  4. Returns are accepted through the following channels ONLY:
    (i) Via the Returns section on our website (www.rubiesbrand.com)
    (ii) Via our customer service by email at omarwahba@rubiesbrand.com
    After examining the returned article, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a reimbursement. The refund will be issued as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

16.4 Returns of Defective Products

If you believe that the product you received does not conform to the Contract at the moment of delivery, you must contact us immediately via email at omarwahba@rubiesbrand.com or through the customer service section on our website, providing the product details and a description of the damage or defect.


We will carefully examine the returned product and notify you within a reasonable period by email as to whether an exchange or refund is applicable. If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will provide a complete refund including any delivery and return charges. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. All rights recognised in the current applicable legislation shall, in any case, be fully safeguarded.
