1. What are the delivery options and fees?

  • Standard Delivery (Prepaid): 80 EGP | 2–4 working days
  • Standard Delivery (Cash on Delivery): 80 EGP | 2–4 working days
  • Free Shipping: Orders over 2,000 EGP qualify for free standard delivery. This threshold may vary during specific promotions — check the website for the current offer.

We deliver across Egypt only. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

2. What notifications will I receive about my order?

You will receive updates both by email and WhatsApp from RUBIES at each stage of your
order. In addition, our delivery courier will send you 4 separate WhatsApp messages
throughout the shipping process:

  • Courier Message 1 — Order Confirmation & Delivery Options: You will receive your order details, the amount due if you selected Cash on Delivery, and your expected delivery date. 
    You will be asked to confirm receipt, postpone to a different date, or cancel the order. You will also be asked to choose your preferred payment method for Cash on Delivery: Cash, InstaPay, E-wallet, Installments via Valu, or Installments via Sympl.
  • Courier Message 2 — Delivery Location Request: Before your order goes out for delivery,
    the courier will ask you to share your precise delivery location to ensure a smooth and accurate drop-off.
  • Courier Message 3 — Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.
  • Courier Message 4 — Out for Delivery: You will be notified that your order is on its way, with the expected delivery hour and the name and phone number of your delivery person.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track your order at any time in "My Account" under "Order History". You will also receive a tracking link via WhatsApp from our courier once your order is dispatched, so you can follow it in real time.
