RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1- How do I return an item purchased on rubiesbrand.com?
Website orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are initiated online only — we do not accept walk-in returns for website purchases.
To start a return:
- Go to the Returns section on rubiesbrand.com, or
- Email us at returns@rubiesbrand.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from your
address. A return shipping fee of 120 EGP will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
2. How do I return an item purchased at a RUBIES showroom?
Items purchased at a RUBIES showroom can only be returned at the same showroom where the purchase was made. Please contact your showroom directly for their returns process. We are unable to process showroom purchases through the website or by email.
3. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, email us at
returns@rubiesbrand.com with your order number and the details of what you need. We will guide you through the process.
Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and condition requirements as returns. If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
4. Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
- Customised or personalised items.
- Sealed items unsealed after delivery where hygiene applies.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
RUBIES reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or that are requested outside the 14-day window.
5. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm the return by email. The
refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
The 80 EGP return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.
6. What if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service team at support@rubiesbrand.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We're sorry this happened. Contact us immediately at returns@rubiesbrand.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. If a defect or error is confirmed, we will cover the full cost of the return and replacement or refund.
